Online Doctoral Student Survey
From Fall of 2018 to Spring of 2021 student enrollment in online programs with Liberty University grew by 252% (+8,909) for doctoral programs and 121% (+5,616) for graduate programs. The JFL designed a survey to determine whether the libraries information resources and services were satisfying the needs of these learners.
In July of 2021 the JFL fielded a survey among 5,000 graduate and doctoral students enrolled in online programs with Liberty University. Eligible panelists were grouped into 20 clusters representing programs with similar subject areas and research intensity. The survey questions yielded qualitative and quantitative data regarding the level of graduate student satisfaction with the information resources and services provided by the JFL.

Effectiveness of Professional Development Process
The intent of this assessment is to ascertain whether the current operations of the JFL are adequately meeting the needs of the University and the library faculty in facilitating the selection of, proposal submission for, and completion of professional development.
Quantitative data collected from archived resources will provide a baseline for a holistic examination of how the JFL is facilitating the selection of, proposal submission for, and completion of professional development. Qualitative data collected through faculty focus groups will reveal the perceived levels of support and adequacy as well as highlight areas for possible improvement
Space Planning Assessment
3,910 user comments collected over five years were categorized, analyzed, and assigned an individual sentiment score using machine learning. Results were used to assess the five year trend in user sentiment and student behavior concerning library facilities.

JFL Discoverability Focus Group
To better understand stakeholder perspectives on the discoverability process for physical resources, the JFL assessed user behavior and satisfaction via four usability tasks and one focus group question.

2019 - SACSCOC Library Accreditation Manual
The SACSCOC accreditation standards underwent substantial, substantive changes in recent years with a new Principles of Accreditation document being adopted in December 2017 and made effective January 2018. This manual documents the most recent changes made to the SACSCOC library accreditation standards available as of December 2019.
